'CONE OF COLD' (353)
Syntax: cast 'cone of cold' [<target>]
This spell allows the Invoker to manifest a cone-shaped burst of frost from
the Para-Elemental Plane of Ice in order to inflict freezing damage on all
who are nearby. Use of a target is optional, as the spell is wide in range
and only the Invoker is immune to its affects (the Invoker's party is also
not targeted, so long as they are not in an enclosed area). To learn this
spell an Invoker must first master Ice Shards (Para-Elemental Ice).
